Jeff has probably seen a few good, heart-warming european comedies and wanted to do something along those lines, but boy, did he fail. I felt sorry for him, you can tell he didn't know where to take the story.
I love Sarah Silverman, but her talent could have been better used. Loved to see some of her flesh though...; ).
