If you rate it as an "A list" movie it doesn't quite hold up. But you can definitely think of it as a really good B movie. Granted it has big stars in it such as Carmen Electra and Michelle Ryan.
It was nice to have the opportunity to see Michelle in a more natural role, as opposed to being Bionic Woman (which she was great in as well).
