Review of I Walked with a Zombie (1943) by Private U — 29 Sep 2008
Somewhat billed as Jane Eyre of the Caribbean, I was amazed at the depth and wonderful script Val Lewton put together for this. (Anyone else notice a weird resemblance between Tom Conway and Chris Barrie of Red Dwarf fame though? Freaky!) This might be one of the best movies I've ever seen.
