Review of I Wake Up Screaming (1941) by Zachary B — 05 Jul 2008
Betty Grable might get top billing in this 40's flick, but its Victor Mature deserves the credit. Mature carries this film to the end. That's not to say that Grable doesn't carry her weight, she's fabulous.
On a side note: Does anyone else think "Over the Rainbow" is out of place in a film noir? Its kind of cool, but glaring.
