Review of I Shot Andy Warhol (1996) by William D — 03 May 2011
An interesting look at an obscure (to me anyway) historical figure. set in the late 1960s we see the events of valerie solanas's life that lead up to her shooting andy warhol and the aftermath.
It was a little slow in some points for me - where the focus seemed to be playing up the decadence of the art scene in nyc at that time - but overall it was interesting enough to keep me entertained. lili taylor does a really good job portraying solana.
