Only for hardcore viewers, Korean revenge film "I Saw The Devil" is one of THE most sadistically violent, unrelentingly vicious movies ever made, it's an unforgiving kick in the balls and stays inside your head for days afterwards, an ultra nasty experience that may make you feel there is no goodness in the world, but my god is it brilliant stuff! if you can stomach the sheer brutality and bleakness then you may be riveted and thrilled as well as horrified and somewhat sickened.

It's the masterful craft of filmmaking, incredible acting and smart execution that take this beyond sick exploitation, it dose go way too far but it's an undeniably brain searing experience. So if you have the guts, jump in and wallow in the depraved blackness of this evil film, it's akin to staring into the abyss.
