The subject matter is near & dear to my heart but the film doesn't mine any new territory for (me or) those who work in music sales & distribution (especially in the USA). That being said, I think this film is a truly interesting look at the social implications technology and media consolidation have had on how music culture is consumed by the masses and what is fed to them.

This film will give those who have no contact with the music industry, or any insider vantage points, an interesting insight into the machinations of record labels and how the business has imploded on itself.
