Rule in Life #123: You go into a situation with low expectations, you open yourself up to being pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't go as far as saying that I Love You Beth Cooper is on par with American Pie, but at least they are on the same course.
I thought this would be insufferable, but it turns out that it had enough to keep you conscious. I think I even smiled a couple times.
