Review of I Love Maria (1988) by Naoya K — 12 May 2009
An amusing and fairly light-hearted film about a gang terrorizing a city with a robot that commits crime. They create a female version of the robot, but when it malfunctions the police turn it against the gang and use 'Maria' to turn the tide.
Worth a look, it has some amusing bits and some fun low budget effects.
Rental at best.
