Review of I Kill Giants (2017) by Kk M — 25 Mar 2018

I loved this movie. I understand where people are coming from when they say that the film needs to "lighten up a bit" but this is kind of where the strengths of the movie come out for me. This is by no means a lighthearted family picture.

It is upsetting, it is emotional and it will make you cry. for those who are expecting more of Joe Kelly's "Deadpool" humor, you won't find it here. I recommend the graphic novel that it's based on for that.

all in all, this is a beautiful movie and it left me completely in awe.
