Review of I Give It a Year (2013) by Paul A — 26 Jul 2013
We don't often give up on a film and hit Eject, but this was one of those occasions.
It had all the right comedy ingredients-mainly awkward moments a la The Office, in which Stephen Merchant is dangerously close to becoming a parody of himself-but no substance. There wasn't a character who had more than one dimension. It felt like they'd filmed the first, rough draft of the script.
