Soooooo depressing, just what the psychologist ordered. If you think you've got it hard watch this gorgeous slice of realism. The system is there to grind you down to a pulp, leaving you without a shred of pride left.
Gritty and heartfelt performances by all especially Daniel the salt of the earth protagonist. Ken Loach is one of the best at this type of English tale of the downtrodden. Superb.
