So typical of the bureaucratic indifference and letter of the law! One rages at this trial of the helpless (US Republicans rejoice at it), and eyes fill several times at this frequent crushing, despair and desperation by the innocent by unconcerned agencies.
Hunger in any Western country is unacceptable and disgraceful, but Trump and Republicans gleefully propose Scrooge's 'let them die and decrease the surplus populations'.
