Review of I Confess (1953) by Carl S — 07 Jun 2011
Well acted and strung out. Hitchcock knew how to narrate a story.
I am still someone struggling to come to terms with the percieved talent of Montgomery Clift.
He was spectacular in this movie and I felt the rest held it up more than he did.
Nonetheless on the whole the movie is really good and a worthy member of the Hitchcock list.
