Review of I Can Only Imagine (2018) by Tom%20 H — 30 Mar 2018

An uplifting story. It tells the tale of a songwriter who puts his relationship with his abusive father into a personal, painful song. And the song becomes a big success. I found it touching, sad, funny and memorable.

Dennis Quaid is the big name among the actors, but they all do a good job. Finley in the lead role is very good.

The fact that the title song is a Christian song may put some people off. That's a shame as this is a well made, clean movie that you would not be ashamed to take your mother to. Go see it.
