Great performance by Charlotte Rampling that actually draws you inside her bewilderment. Watching it at the Barbican simply adds to the sense of discomfort. Most of the characters are drawn with depth but sometimes constantly showing glimpses of histories doesn't give us enough detail and we end up not caring enough about the characters.
