Review of I Am David (2003) by Sv G — 20 Nov 2007
Based on Anne Holm's beautiful though not likely story (but hey it's a movie) of a12 yr old boy who escapes a Communist concentration camp and attempts to journey to Denmark on his own. Heart wrenching performance by young Ben Tibber & noteworthy (though brief) performances by James Caviezel and expecially the always marvy Miss Joan Plowright.
An ending that will have your heart bleeding.
