Review of Hustle & Flow (2005) by Tyra H — 07 Sep 2009
Got to say this one surprised me; thought I knew where it was going but it threw me a curve or two and managed to avoid being flat and shallow. I credit terrence howard's performance for that. he adds some depth and emotion to a character that could've been unlikeable and one dimensional.
