Reasonably watchable movie, a bit cheap and quite unrealistic, but that's not all that surprising given the relatively low budget. Still not a bad action movie. Quite a few bigger budget movies aren't half as good as this one.
Butler is doing a good job as a sub captain, but he can't perform miracles.
