Review of Hulk (2003) by Spencer K — 25 Jul 2012
This movie had a lot of potential. I did not mind the idea of making it more psychological because that is how it was in the comics. This movie, however, goes completely overboard and I do not find it as thrilling as a Hulk movie should be.
I liked the idea of involving Bruce's father into the creation of the Hulk, but having him be the villain was a horrible idea. They should have just used a mainstream villain and the fan response would not be nearly as bad.
The movie was way too slow, and many of the plot points made minimal sense. Overall, it was a good idea, but it was very poorly executed.
