Review of Hudson Hawk (1991) by Tyler R — 20 May 2008
Oh you know, just the garden variety movie about three giagantic thefts involving heists involving Da Vinci sculpture, his codex, and the flying machine, murder, Mafia, and the Philosopher's Stone. Chock full of quotables and just goes ape at the end before it suffers a complete meltdown with a triple tagteam of molten lead, tennis ball launcher, and giant window. I held my head in my hands when they mentioned the Mario Brothers, although it was great when Tommy smashed the bottle of wine over the mobster's head.
I appreciated them singing as they broke into the art gallery and the castle. That was an amusing bit.
