Review of How to Lose Friends & Alienate People (2008) by William D — 29 Jun 2010
I laughed a few times. Unfortunately, humor does not necessarily mean a good plot. While the details may have been a mystery, the over-arching plot was plainly obvious. I would've given it a 50%, but I raised it to 60% because I think it is a movie worth watching.
It was slightly disappointing but still enjoyable. Pegg and Dunst perform well, while Bridges was good... but less than expected. And when I'm distracted by Megan Fox's bad acting and not her good looks, there is an obvious miscast.
We don't need a faux Paris Hilton when we don't need an actual Paris Hilton.
