Even though it has a great cast headed by Simon Pegg, Kirsten Dunst, Megan Fox and Jeff Bridges plus a special appearance by Thandie Newton herself and okay directing by Robert B. Weide (Curb Your Enthusiasm), How to Lose Friends & Alienate People ultimately is stupid thanks to a dull story, a terrible script, bad dialogue and a horrible pace and flow.
