Review of How to Get Ahead in Advertising (1989) by Stefan L — 24 Jan 2009
An ad-man tries to separate himself from all the greed in the world and in the process grows a split personality that manifests itself in the form of a large talking boil on his shoulder. Richard E. Grant's performance and some great writing make this film absolutely hilarious.
*edit* After a a couple rewatches I've bumped this up to five stars. It's just so damn deliciously cynical, I love it. Maybe one of my favorite comedies.
