Obviously this was an adaptation from the children's book "How to Eat Fried Worms". But, they made the movie that the young audience it's intended for gets bored and the older audience gets bored with them.
It almost seems that this movie targeted a pre-teen age group... but what pre-teen would even want to watch this movie? It was senseless, you should have just left it as a book.
