The Seussian set and the characters' appearance - especially the grinch's - and Jim Carey's personality presentation - all brilliantly done. With these alone, the film is worth seeing, especially for the holiday season.
However, despite the positives, I can't really give it a 4/5 or better. It did drag on a bit - from an adults perspective.
