Review of House on Haunted Hill (1959) by The Cara?Mascara&Trade; — 18 Dec 2008
Excellent build up, great creepy atmosphere, terrific story and fine performance from the ever-reliable Vincent Price. Sadly though, the rushed, silly ending involving a plastic skeleton gives the film an Ed Woodian quality which cheapens it whilst adding to the fun.
Great stuff.
