Review of House on Haunted Hill (1959) by Tim M — 31 Oct 2011
A really good horror film...one that relies not on effects, but on pure fantastic acting and story. The best part of House on Haunted Hill (aside from Vincent Price, of course), is that you don't really know if the house if haunted; the characters are either going crazy or the whole chain of events has been planned out prior to the start of the party.
In part, that's why this film is so great.
