Review of House of the Dead (2003) by Josh D — 21 Sep 2007
I know there are lot of bash going on with how bad Uwe Boll's direction went with this film and in his career because of how horrible the films were made. Actually, I never bash on his direction even though it wasn't that bad at all, I mean he does have a good sense of what to direct and what not especially with the cinematography.
Bad acting and bad writing is something else...but with cinematography...it's decent so if he has a better script with a better story then we'll see his real work and what is coming from his direction because I know the reaction from people will change.
I mean, his films were awful but they're entertaining at some point but in my persective, it has to do with the cinematography is what made it so entertaining.
