The acting wasn't bad enough to be cult-like or cheesy, it was just right to make the movie barely enjoyable. The plot was not imaginative at all, and the retarded cuts to actual video game footage made me want to turn the movie off multiple times.
Some action scenes were ok though...and it's always good to see Clint Howard.
