Review of House of Sand and Fog (2003) by Clay K — 04 Feb 2008
An interesting culture clash sort of film, though in parts it tries too hard to be powerful and begins to wander. However, the leading performances from Connelly and Kingsley are both spectacular, and last twenty minutes or so are rather compelling.
A pretty good movie with and original premise, but nothing classic.
