Review of House of Games (1987) by Tom S — 03 Mar 2008
Fascinating study of deception in which Lindsay Crouse's limited acting range is very effective. It possibly works better as a sort of dramatised "The Real Hustle" (if you see what I mean) but it has an energy that later Mamet puzzle-scripts sorely lack.
