Review of House of Games (1987) by Craig G — 06 Aug 2008
A truly tricky film of psychological games probably Mamet's best. Filmed in Seattle, L. Crouse plays a shrink with a bestselling book called "Driven" who is studying OCD only to discover--- hey! life is a mirror! Coupled with a subtle, creepy jazz score and Mantegna's thuggish sexuality, this is a classic to not be missed.
