Better than crouching tiger in my opinion, the story is intriguing and the action is breathtakingly beautiful. Okay its extremly far fetched and more a piece of art than a film but its enjoyable for the niche market that wants it.
Slightly predictable enigmas and the usual random moments of chinese cinema only prevent greatness for this title, it seems the artisitc nature is both its brilliance and its downfall.
