Liked this one a tad better than the Devil's Rejects. This is more of a haunted house, while Rejects was more of a road-trip-shoot-everybody film. Read the plot summary, you won't see anything that really pops out at you- but the thing that makes this better than the average B-movie is the style and surprisingly good dialogue.
Sid Halg as Captain Spaulding is the most interesting and convincing of all the characters, and I think this movie did itself a disservice by not giving him a more consistent role.
