Review of House at the End of the Street (2012) by Matt W — 15 Feb 2013
This film is extremely sub-par- it isn't necessarily bad as it is completely pointless. It starts, it fills out it's duration and then it ends. There is no substance behind it, and I don't blame the performances, or really the directing as much as the script, although the cheap scares were probably due to the director- it just felt as if all the different parts from the performances to the writing and the directing all clashed, and just made a little bit of a mess, that resulted in an utterly forgettable film.
