Decent premise of the house at the end of the street had a triple tragedy. Single mom rents house next door as its beautiful and she couldn't afford it otherwise. Movie goes a little wonky once young girl meets the young neighbor living in the house next door.
Some good scares and starts along the way. Pretty good. Ok rental.
