Review of House at the End of the Street (2012) by Stacey O — 24 Jan 2013
A movie that turns out to be actually worse than Silent Hill: Revelation, which by the way, I consider to be one of the worst movies that I have seen in a very long time. Every single aspect of the movie has been done better; a psychotic killer with the face of a sheep, a dysfunctional mother-daughter relationship, and the twist, if you can call that one.
Even Jennifer Lawrence cannot buoy this mess of a movie. Oh, the funny thing is that, Max Theriot, happened to be the star of another "horror" movie that I absolutely laughed at, My Soul To Take, a few years ago.
So, what to take away from this experience is: if you're deciding on a movie, and you see something scary, something with him on it, just run for your darn life.
