Movies like this just bring me down. It's a good thing to let the world know what's going on out there, but it saddens me how little is being done about it. But then I think that it's not our job to police the world, and we can't fight everyone else's battles for them. It's so tough. Don Cheadle is awesome as always as the hotel manager unwittingly thrown into a situation he, at first, wants no part of. I thought almost all the other actors were just kind of there. Nick Nolte played Nick Nolte in uniform. Joaquin played Joaquin. I didn't even like his wife very much. It's a good thing the movie focuses mostly on Paul(There are guys named Paul in Rwanda? Weird).

As always with movies like this I wonder how much was real, and how much was changed for the "benefit" of the movie. There were definitely a few manipulative moments that I felt there was no way that would have happened like that in real life. For the most part, though, it's a very real look at what happens when a society turns on itself for what appear to be completely ridiculous reasons.
