Review of Hotel Chevalier (2007) by Hunter D — 23 Nov 2007
The decision to put this prologue out as a seperate piece makes perfect sense, mainly because it has no place in the brotherly narrative of Anderson's "The Darjeeling Limited". You get a feel for Schwartzman's character and past history, so it's essential viewing prior to "The Darjeeling Limited", however it's not terribly interesting as a stand-alone piece.
