Review of Hostel: Part II (2007) by Abdul Q — 24 Mar 2010

Ill start off by saying this is a fun movie!! If you are quite squeamish and the sight of fake blood makes you cringe this may be more like being tortured at those hostels..but if your a gore fanatic youll love it! now of course it has its downsides.

First off the story isnt all that clever and you dont get the same sense of mystery as you do in the first one. Now it feels like a giant psychotic killer company. And the characters this time around are a lot less likable and when they are brutally killed you will probably cheer.

This also has somewhat of a controversial ending. Its not as...for lack of a better term...freaking awesome as the first. Ill just say the ending includes male genitalia. But all in all hostel part 2 was a great sequel to one of my favorite gore movies.
