For those who know Eli Roth, the guy that directed the disgusting Cabin Fever, & well...Hostel, you will know that Roth is messed up in the head, but in a good way, a very good way actually. Like Quentin Tarantino in a way, (who helped make Hostel).

Hostel is another disgusting movie that will make you want to puke your guts out. I gave Hostel 60% only because I have respect for Roth, & I think he has a style of his own in filmmaking. But Hostel fails sometimes in it's storyline, I mean for the first say 30 minutes-hour of the film is sex, well & then of course you just have people being torchured & screaming for their dear little lives that in the end of the film they know they won't have.

Hostel isn't more than lots of sex&gore, but it's a new disgusting idea for the genre of gross-out horror.
