Review of Hostage (2005) by Marcos F — 17 Jan 2010
Released the same year as Bruce's turn in 'Sin City', this is more in the usual action mould.
The plot moves at some pace, and just when you think it's slowing down, it picks up again. Bruce puts in a great turn as the lead, with Siri actually managing to pull some rather more emotional moments from him, including the final scene.
A solid, enjoyable film that I could happily watch multiple times, with flashes of brilliance at points.
