Review of Hoosiers (1986) by Bryan C — 12 Feb 2016
It's obviously one of the great sports movies of all time. But can we talk for a second about the multiple mid-game brawls, with punches thrown? In the movie, they just kind of brush it off, maybe eject a couple players and carry on like it is no big deal. If even one of those incidents happened today, it would be on the national news for a week, players and coaches would be suspended, and the games might even be stopped/forfeited. Crazy how things change.
