Once Robin Williams' Peter Pan arrives in Neverland, we don't see anything that we haven't seen before in countless other family films and Saturday morning cartoons. That's not to say that Spielberg mishandles the adventure.
If you can look past the movie Spielberg didn't make, you'll find that what he has done is pretty entertaining.
