Full disclosure: I am a volunteer leader for a Celebrate Recovery group in my area...that said, I often have a different standard for "Christian movies" than other movies, but they are improving.

I enjoyed "Home Run", which I saw earlier today. I set my expectations low, and was very pleasantly surprised. It won't win an Oscar, but it clearly demonstrates the life destroying aspects of alcoholism and addiction, and how Celebrate Recovery has helped many people I know personally.

..as well as me. I certainly recommend it to anyone with unresolved "issues" in their lives...which is most people.
