Review of Home Run (2013) by Zilcell — 20 Apr 2013

I have only been to three films in theaters where the audience clapped and cheered, and this was one of them. The others were The Avengers and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. Too preachy? Pfft! Nah! This isn't that preachy.

It does have a lot of relatable life lessons though. From the importance of fatherhood to the recovery from addiction, it has it all. The baseball scenes were also beautifully filmed. Overall the film is worth your time.
