Review of Home Alone 4 (2002) by Tim A — 07 Jul 2011
From the powerful messages and narrative from the first two home alone films, it is a pity it suddenly collapsed. the third instalement was very average, however, in comparison to this, it is pretty good.
this film fails to deliver any excitement or real creativity. It is perhaps viewable to very young children but will certainly not stand out to older teens and adults. The acting is pretty poor and the plot is likewise.
All of a sudden the writing of the film seems to be twined inbetween the first and second film with Kevin being 8 and then 10 in the second. however here he is 9. Also we see the villain called Marv who looks identical to Harry in the first two films.
So a lot of confussion to followers and lovers if the original films. Ok for one trial, however it does eventually fail.
