This film is REALLY bad. I am simply appalled. This is even worse than the usual made-for-tv movie. It's like they didn't even try! I could make a better HOME ALONE movie than this, quite easily I might add.
It's the kind of film that the viewer just sits back and asks "Why?" There is so much inconsistency to the first two films that it's embarrassing. The Kevin character is younger in this film than he is in the first two HOME ALONE films, yet it apparently takes place way after.
The parents aren't rich anymore. They're divorced. The kid has almost no siblings, which doesn't coincide with the first two films. The crooks are supposed to be the same characters, yet one is a guy resembling Harry but is named Marv, and the other one is a girl!!! And don't even get me stated on the plot.
This is just crap.Pure crap. This shouldn't even be called HOME ALONE, since it doesn't have much to do with being home alone. Instead it should just be flushed down the drain. This was as a bad a film as anything, and more.
