Review of Home Alone (1990) by Clayton R — 13 May 2012
The technical aspects of the film are far from recognisable, and in all honesty, Macaulay Culkin was not the most convincing child actor. Even so, he was cute and willing to act, the humour remains childishly entertaining today and there is an important level of heart midway between the characters Kevin and Marley, and near the end with Kevin's mum.
Not brilliant, but rightfully a Christmas watch.
